Receiving Associate

Schedule: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Blue Diamond Attachments builds attachments for compact construction equipment. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Receiving Associate to unload, check, and put away incoming shipments in our warehouse.

What You’ll Do: Unload incoming shipments using a forklift or skid steer Check deliveries against orders and invoices for quantity and quality Sign for shipments and report any issues to your supervisor Label, scan, and put away items in their correct locations Keep accurate records and help with inventory control Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Cross-train in other areas as needed

What You’ll Need: High school diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of receiving experience (warehouse experience preferred)Forklift certification Skid steer experience a plus, especially with quick-change attachments Basic math and computer skills (email, spreadsheets)Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and noise\nCompany
