Job Description
Commercial Lines Account Manager:
The Commercial Lines Account Manager works as part of the account management team collaborating with the Producer and other members of the team while servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts.
Your day-to-day:
As the first point of contact with the client, you will handle all inquiries, process policy changes, review coverage, identify risk exposures and build solid relationships.
Manage the marketing process for new and existing accounts, negotiate with carriers, prepare and present proposals.
Make insurance program recommendations to clients.
Enter and maintain all documentation accurately in the agency management system
Requirements:
- An active CO Property & Casualty license is required 4+ years' commercial lines account management experience in a brokerage setting
- Strong client relationship and customer service skills
- Experience with Epic agency management system is a plus
- Solid commercial lines coverage knowledge
