Director of Quality Assurance & Process Excellence

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. The Director of Quality Assurance will lead the QA program, set objectives with executive management, and drive continuous improvement across operations. This role oversees quality improvements, analyzes inputs for trends, and leads HIKE/LEAN/Six Sigma projects. It also develops audits, supervises staff, and reports results to teams and leadership. Travel 30–40% is required.
