Transmission Line Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design efforts for transmission line projects using industry standards and engineering tools (e.g., PLS-CADD). Produce and oversee technical deliverables in accordance with NESC, IEEE, and ASCE requirements. Coordinate with multidiscipline teams and manage engineering interfaces. Interface with utility clients and support design reviews. Mentor and guide engineers, providing technical direction and quality assurance. Qualifications / Skills Strong expertise in power transmission line engineering (overhead and underground). Working knowledge of relevant codes/standards (NESC, IEEE, ASCE). Proficiency with transmission line design software (e.g., PLS-CADD). Leadership experience delivering high-quality technical work and collaborating across disciplines. Excellent communication skills for client and internal technical coordination.
