Employment Litigation Associate

Overview: Jackson Lewis P.C. maintains a national focus on employment and labor law, assisting employers in developing proactive strategies, policies, and business-oriented solutions for high-functioning workforces. The work involves defending and litigating a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. Key responsibilities include advising, counseling, and training employers on various employment and labor law issues. The role requires representing employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases. Candidates are strongly preferred to have a background in employment law and an understanding of current state and federal agency procedures. This position follows a hybrid work model.
