Global Talent Strategy Lead

CV (Christian Vision) seeks a Talent Lead to shape and execute our global talent strategy from our Miami office. You will oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and role architecture to attract and place the right people at the right time. Working with the Head of People Operations, you will standardize processes, build a scalable framework, and provide data-driven insights to leaders across time zones, while ensuring compliance and staying aligned with our mission-driven culture.
