Manufacturing Team Leader - 3rd shift

What You’ll Do: Lead bindery team operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals. Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements Maintain maximum plant productivity and quality control. Train apprentices to become effective operators and helpers. Ensure equipment is operating through shift change and that all-pertinent information is forwarded to oncoming Production Support Leader.

What We’re Looking For: Four years + in manufacturing or production environment. Ability to plan, organize, direct, and lead. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Why This Role: Third shift schedule with consistent hours. Opportunity to lead a core production team. Stable manufacturing environment. Work Environment: Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and production conditions.
