Manufacturing Engineering Leader Scale Production

Vulcan Elements Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers in developing and industrializing manufacturing processes and equipment as production scales. The role covers technology evaluation, vendor selection, FAT/SAT, startup and ramp to full-scale production, with hands-on leadership on the floor and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Operations, Quality, and Facilities.
