Material Handler-Fabrication

REQUIRED EDUCATION: HS Diploma/GEDREQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities: -Load and unload steel plate to and from laser tables and kinetic tables using overhead cranes-Sort, store, and organize plate remnants; properly place usable material in inventory locations and scrap material in designated scrap areas-Stage and organize steel plate based on upcoming jobs to support efficient production and prepare operators for scheduled work-Operate forklifts to move pallets, parts, and materials safely throughout the fabrication bay-Use basic math skills to verify material quantities, sizes, and job requirementsQualifications-HS Diploma/GED required-At least 2 years of Overhead Crane experience, along with forklift experience-Experience using rigging equipment, including hooks-Basic computer skills, including ability to complete transactions in an ERP system-Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures-Basic math skills required for verifying material quantities and dimensions For Immediate consideration, please forward your resume to waukesha@seekcareers.com or call/text 262-798-3036.
