Benefits Administrator (Must live in AZ)

We're partnering with an organization to hire a Benefits Administrator for a fully remote role supporting a multi-state workforce. This position is highly employee-facing and best suited for someone who enjoys customer service, high-volume work, and guiding employees through benefits, leaves of absence, and accommodations with empathy and confidence. Highlights Support employees across multiple states Manage 20-25 active leaves at a time in a fast-paced environment Serve as the primary contact for benefits and leave inquiries, including a high-volume inbox Administer FMLA, state leaves, ADA accommodations, and internal leave programs Partner closely with managers and HR to ensure compliance and smooth return-to-work processes

CompensationSalary up to $66,000 Standard business hours, remote. There may be occasions when the individual needs to be on-site for trainings, meetings or events.
