What You’ll Do: Partner closely with the executive team toprioritize initiatives and drive execution Organize critical information and insights to support fast, effective decision‑making Lead and manage strategic projects from concept through completion Act as a bridge between leadership and functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability Develop and track key performance metrics, dashboards, and productivity insights Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Prepare executive‑level presentations for leadership, board, and key stakeholders Support strategic planning and help translate goals into actionable roadmaps Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and scale Assess risk, cost, and impact of new initiatives and special projects

What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred)7+ years of experience partnering with senior leaders in roles such as Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, consulting, corporate finance, or investment banking Strong financial and analytical skills, includingfinancial modeling Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence without authority Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive teams and boards Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling competing prioritiesA collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge thinking and drive change Experience in private equity‑backed or high‑growth environments is a strong plus
