Synergy Care is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Franklin Park, an Independent Living/Assisted Living Community with an Outpatient Clinic in Boerne, TX. This role offers a flexible, part-time schedule and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships in a patient‑focused setting. Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and must be eligible for or hold a Texas PT license.
