RN Staff Development Director: Geriatric Education

Saint Mary Home is hiring an RN Staff Development Coordinator to plan and direct in-service education for our community, ensuring regulatory compliance and organized orientation. This role reports to the Administrator/ADON and participates in on-call rotations to support clinical needs. The ideal candidate holds a CT RN license, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and CPR training, with 2+ years teaching experience in long-term care. Excellent organizational skills are essential.
