Automotive Retail Sales Associate

CarMax is hiring Retail Associates to support our customer-focused, no-haggle used car buying experience. In this role, you’ll greet customers, assist with vehicle selection, explain features, and support test drives while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. You’ll use CarMax systems to locate inventory, update customer information, and coordinate with sales and service teams. During paid training at $20/hr, you’ll learn product knowledge, sales processes, and compliance standards.
