Fleet & Compliance Director: Safety, Training & DOT

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the organization's vehicle and equipment fleet, drive safety programs, and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance across the Transportation Department. You will lead driver training, onboarding, and performance development, coordinate with Safety, Risk, and Finance, and manage vendor relationships for maintenance, registration, and insurance, while modeling Goodwill's core values.
