The Role: Advising on complex commercial litigation including class actions, mass torts, and enforcement matters Drafting and arguing motions across a range of high-stakes disputes Taking and defending depositions in sophisticated litigation matters Managing discovery processes and supporting overall case strategy Assisting with trial preparation and participating in trial proceedings Supporting negotiations and contributing to settlement strategy Working closely with senior attorneys on high-value, business-critical disputes Collaborating within a specialist litigation team on multi-faceted cases The Candidate: Illinois admitted Commercial Litigation Attorney with 1–6 years’ experience Strong experience in complex plaintiffs’ litigation or high-stakes disputes Exposure to class actions, mass torts, or government enforcement work preferred Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationshipsJ.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in Illinois Highly organised with strong time-management capabilities Able to work independently and within a collaborative team The Benefits and
