Aspirus Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of dedicated GI professionals in Duluth, Minnesota. OPPORTUNITY:Full-time opportunity with a flexible 4- or 5-day workweek No call responsibilities, weekends, or holiday coverage Balanced schedule with3 weeks of outpatient clinicand1 week of inpatient roundingeach month Collaborative GI team consisting of physicians and APCs, supported by dedicated LPN, MA, RN, and scheduling staff Opportunity to manage a diverse range of gastroenterology conditions, including complex and long-term patient care Adult-only patient population Previous experience in Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, or Hospital Medicine is preferred and will support a smooth transition into the roleBENEFITS:Competitive benefits and generous compensation package including relocation assistance, student loan repayment program, and annual CME allowance.$95,000-$125,000/year. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
