Experience:
1-2 years of relevant work experience and/or formal training in a related field. Skills &

Communication Skills:
Able to read and understand written instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Demonstrates the ability to write clear, concise communications and effectively present information in one-on-one or small-group settings to customers, clients, and colleagues. Mathematical Ability: Competent in basic mathematical functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Capable of calculating ratios, percentages, proportions, and volume accurately. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Able to apply sound judgment and common-sense understanding to follow detailed written or verbal instructions. Demonstrates the ability to apply foundational system knowledge to troubleshoot issues and implement timely corrective actions. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with and functional knowledge of the following types of software: Word processing Spreadsheets Inventory management systems Internet and web-based applications Order-processing systems Manufacturing systems Database software
