Public Sector Finance & Controls Leader

3N Consulting is seeking an experienced Governmental Finance / Controls Lead to oversee the finance and internal-controls workstream of a state and local government operational assessment. This project spans roughly 180–270 days, with responsibility to assess financial operations and strengthen controls. You will author policies, SOPs, and an implementation roadmap, support stakeholder interviews, and present findings to government leadership.
