The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and is interested in eyewear, fashion, and delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience
- Help customers select eyeglass frames, sunglasses, and optical products
- Assist with frame styling and lens recommendations
- Explain product features, pricing, and available options
- Process sales and payments accurately
- Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive sales floor
- Verify Insurances
- Support daily store operations and inventory
- Build positive, long-term relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- Must have experience working in optical/optometry office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Sales-oriented with attention to detail
