About the Role: Lowe Law Group is seeking a Partner Development Representative to join our Strategic Partnerships team. The Partner Development Representative is responsible for expanding our nationwide partner network by identifying, engaging, qualifying, and onboarding law firms that align with the firm's strategic objectives. This role owns the partner relationship from initial outreach through onboarding and activation. The ideal candidate is professional, confident, and comfortable engaging attorneys and senior-level executives. Success is measured by the quality of new partners brought into the network, successful partner activation, and consistent pipeline growth.
What You'll Do: Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective law firm partnersIdentify and engage firms that align with our standards, capabilities, and strategic needsConduct initial conversations with attorneys and senior-level decision-makersClearly communicate the firm's partnership model, expectations, and value propositionManage prospective partners from first contact through qualification and onboardingCoordinate agreements, documentation, systems access, and internal setupDrive new partners toward activation and their first signed caseComplete a structured handoff to Account Management after the first signed caseMaintain accurate pipeline and partner-stage trackingIdentify opportunities to improve partner development and onboarding processesRepresent the firm at conferences and industry events What We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who brings: Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skillsProfessional communication and executive presenceConfidence initiating outreach and developing new business relationshipsThe ability to build credibility with attorneys and senior-level professionalsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent follow-through and accountability A competitive, results-oriented mindsetSound judgment and problem-solving abilityThe ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment Education & Experience Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, legal services, professional services, or another relationship-focused environmentDemonstrated success developing external business relationshipsExperience working with attorneys, law firms, or referral-based business models is preferredExperience in personal injury law or professional services is a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Physical & Work Requirements Primarily office-based position with frequent computer, phone, and virtual meeting useAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsOccasional travel for partner meetings, conferences, or networking events may be required Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ($70,000-$80,000 DOE)401(k) with company matchPaid time off (PTO) Why This Role Matters The Partner Development Representative plays an important role in the continued growth of Lowe Law Group's nationwide partner network.
