Hybrid Senior CRA: Site Oversight & Trial Execution

Xencor is seeking a Sr. Clinical Research Associate to support monitoring across multiple studies at our San Diego and Pasadena sites. In this hybrid role, you’ll ensure regulatory compliance, manage TMF documentation, and coordinate with CROs, vendors, and investigators to keep trials on track. The position requires 3+ years in site management and CRO/vendor oversight, plus strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.
