Responsibilities
What You'll Do: As a Power Generation Shop Technician, you'll work on engines and generator systems that customers rely on every day: Diagnose and troubleshoot engines, generators, and power systems Repair, rebuild, and maintain industrial and power generation equipment Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble components Test, measure, and adjust system performance Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Complete detailed service reports and documentation Stay current with evolving tools, technologies, and systems Support occasional after-hours service needs when required
Qualifications: What You Bring 3+ years of experience working on engines, generators, or power systems Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills (diagnostics & documentation)Your own toolsA safety-first mindset and attention to detail(CAT experience or technical degree is a plus)What You Get Competitive Compensation$21.29$42.48/hour (experience-based)Annual boot & tool allowance
