We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney for its Dallas, TX office — a full-time, hybrid role offering a base salary of $150,000 to $220,000 per year plus bonus opportunities. The firm is recognized as one of Texas' premier workers' compensation defense platforms, representing employers, insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and third-party administrators throughout the state.
Role Overview: Managing a Defense Caseload from Inception Through Resolution Attorneys in this practice own their files and shape case strategy from day one. Core responsibilities include: Defending employers and carriers in contested case hearings and administrative appeals across Texas. Counseling insurers and self-insured employers on claims strategy and risk management. Leading benefit review conferences and direct communication with employers, carriers, and adjusters. This is a hands-on position offering genuine responsibility, autonomy, and direct client exposure rather than a supporting role behind senior partners.
Key Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 10 years of workers' compensation defense experience.
Licensure: Active Texas Bar admission required.
Skills: Strong file management capabilities and polished client communication. Mindset: Intelligent, driven professionals with a long-term career outlook.
