Onsite Subcontracts Lead – Renewable Energy Projects

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Project Subcontracts Specialist to manage subcontract agreements for utility-scale solar and wind projects. This site-based role requires close collaboration with Project Management, Construction, Procurement, Commercial, and Legal teams to ensure compliance, performance, and risk mitigation on each project. You will travel across the U.S. to project sites, with 8-16 months on average per project, and receive a per diem to support living expenses.
