Full-time Senior Tax Preparer

Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000, plus performance-based bonus eligibility. Serve as a trusted contact, working closely with the engagement partner and client to build long-term relationships and respond to client questions and needs; Lead strategic tax planning, projections, and estimates for businesses, real estate structures, closely held investments, and individuals Prepare strategic planning to support ongoing business, investment, and financial matters Collaborate with clients' attorneys, financial advisors, and other members of their professional team Provide training, guidance, feedback to staff preparers Oversee the creation and maintenance of organization charts, family trees, and balance sheets Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance~ Active CPA license~3–5+ years of public accounting experience~ Ability to organize, prepare, and review most types of tax returns, including individual, partnership, S corporation, trust, nonprofit, and corporate~ Proficiency in Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and professional tax software; Dedication to integrity, quality work, and responsive communication An office in Old Town Fort Collins Bonus eligibility based on individual and firm performance~ Employer-paid health insurance~Four weeks of paid vacation plus eight paid holidays OneSeven Advisors is a boutique strategic tax and family office advisory firm located in Old Town Fort Collins. Our team includes ten full-time associates: two with Deloitte backgrounds, four with master's degrees in taxation, and six licensed CPAs, two aspiring, all with degrees in accounting. In addition, we retain two contractors, both with master's degrees in taxation and Big Four experience. We have an experience office manager and a Chief of Staff to support non-tax work. We are building out our in-house team to accommodate organic growth and support the expanding needs of our clients.
