REQUIREMENTS: Ability to read recipes and accurately memorize and replicate food production procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. Skill and coordination when using kitchen utensils, equipment, and food prep tools. Commitment to hospitality by greeting guests with a positive attitude and supporting a friendly counter experience. Strong customer service mindset, including responding professionally to guest questions and concerns. Available to work late hours and some days closing at 2am. Flexible availability to support full-time and part-time scheduling needs. Reliable attendance and a hardworking, dependable work ethic.
