Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand presence in the industrial equipment market
Establish and manage relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, and strategic partners
Originate new vendor finance programs and drive production growth within the assigned vertical
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered
7+ years of experience in equipment finance, vendor finance, commercial lending, leasing, or specialty finance
Demonstrated success in originating and managing large vendor relationships and financing programs
Strong understanding of industrial equipment markets and associated financing structures
Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close complex commercial finance transactions
