Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a Patient Eligibility and Support professional to provide financial counseling and guidance for patients, performing eligibility determinations and helping patients access public insurance programs. You will collaborate with Cancer Institute staff, billing, and front-end teams to ensure accurate revenue capture and patient services across the pre-certification process.
