Global Governance Lead - Scheme Compliance & Audit

Adyen is seeking a strategic leader to head the Governance pillar within the global Scheme Compliance team. You will manage a small, distributed team and own the governance framework, audits, control mapping, and reporting to committees and boards across regions. The role collaborates with Brand, Financial, and Data Integrity pillars, Internal Audit, and Operational teams to translate findings into accountable actions.
