National SecurityOther General Government SupportAll Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical ServicesThis position is located in O'ahu, Hawaii Job Title Senior Counter-Proliferation Analyst Description The analyst will serve as a team member with DoD and other interagency analysts to provide targeting and analysis in support of coordinated Interagency operations against proliferation networks and related threat finance and facilitation activities. Education Bachelor's Degree or higher Senior-Level Qualifications This position requires a minimum of 8 years relevant analysis experience.
Requirements:
Knowledge of a full-range of concepts, principles, and practices in network intelligence analysis and skill in applying this knowledge to difficult, multiagency work assignments. Assists in developing new or modified work methods, innovative approaches, and alternative uses of new or available data sources. Innovation and creativity, plus a "self-starter" attitude, are important. Familiarity and previous use of analytical tools, and exposure to new analytic methodologies is required. Familiar with JWICS, INTELINK, TAC, LexisNexis, MSRS, HOT-R, Web-Based Data Sources, TAC, NOL, TIDE, Global Trader, Haystack, and similar information networks and data holdings.
Required Skills:
Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a current CI-Scope Polygraph. DIA access preferred.
Desired Skills:
Familiarization with IC computer applications and platforms. Recent experience in the Mid-East or Central Asia is preferred, but not mandatory.
Location: The location of performance will be O'ahu, Hawaii.
