Production Operator

Responsibilities: Perform and maintain high quality throughout all phases of assembly. Maintains workflow efficiency between phases of assembly. Assist other team members as necessary in order to maintain line flow. Cross Train between assembly lines and/or in training others as needed. Participate in driving improvements by offering suggestions to eliminate waste from work areas. Follow all necessary Quality System procedures and work instructions. Follow all environmental, health, and safety rules and procedures. Reject non-conforming parts on a daily basis with clear description of non-conformity. Maintain cleanliness of area. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification High School Diploma or GEDFlexible for all shifts; willing to work OT and weekends when needed Strong attention to detail Curiosity and interest in learning Basic computer skills Ability to use tools such as scanners, manual pallet jacks, banding machines, etc. Must be extremely trustworthy, flexible, and dependable with a good attendance history Self-Motivated and able to perform with little direction Team-Player- must possess a "can do" attitude and must be able to work with others. Proficient English Written and verbal, Good

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this position, the employee will frequently be required to:
