Colorado Licensed Trial Attorney

Key responsibilities: Prepare and try cases, including initial investigation, legal analysis, and advice Conduct pre-trial discovery, hearings, and trials, as well as post-trial activities Mentor less experienced attorneys and provide leadership and training across the organization

Required qualifications: Juris Doctor with 7 or more years of litigation experience Member in good standing of the Colorado State Bar Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal research tools like Lexis or Westlaw Knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance defense litigation Proven track record of effective settlement and trial skills
