It primarily works on multifamily developments but also handles a mix of other building types, including specialized and renovation projects. It has been operating for over two decades and has built a solid track record delivering projects of varying size and complexity.
Job Description:
Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Track expenses and support efforts to keep the project within budget.
Communicate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project requirements.
Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits and reports.
Address on-site challenges and escalate issues when needed. The Successful Applicant:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain project schedules, and coordinate resources across concurrent projects.
- Experience supporting project managers in project planning, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
- Strong knowledge of multifamily construction methods, building codes, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in project management and construction software, including scheduling, document control, reporting, contract administration, and change order management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams
- Open to travel across TexasWhat's on Offer
