Leasing Professional

The ideal candidate: Has strong traditional sales skills and knows how to develop and nurture a lead. Is comfortable communicating and selling by phone, email, text and in person. Builds rapport easily, asks good questions and understands how to identify a prospect’s needs and priorities. Knows how to maintain consistent follow-up and actively drive viable leads toward a decision. Can recognize and navigate objections, communicate value and confidently ask for the sale. Is comfortable working within a CRM and established sales cadence while personalizing communication to the prospect. Can conduct an engaging, needs-based property showing rather than simply providing a tour. Is organized, self-motivated and comfortable being accountable for individual leasing and conversion results. Has the ability to understand basic leasing reports and remain aware of competitive market conditions. Presents professionally and can create a strong experience for prospective renters.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. General work hours fall within a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM window, with some flexibility based on scheduled showings, lead activity, prospect availability, seasonality, and weekends as business needs.

Compensation: $40,000–$45,000 annual salary, based on experience, plus commission for each signed lease.
