Unified Communications (UC) Specialist Junior

The UC Specialist Jr. should meet the follow minimum requirements: At least five (5) years of experience supporting Unified Communications and/or VOIP projectsBS or an additional eight (8) years of experience with telecommunications services Top Secret Clearance Desired Certifications and Experience: Experience resolving complex service problems, performing expert maintenance and installs, configuring and testing all types of telecommunications equipment and services Experience troubleshooting network hardware using test instruments and monitoring and diagnostic programs Experience preparing telecommunications equipment for installation by testing calibrating, or modifying equipment as required Experience maintaining data network equipment and services to ensure working order and demand availability by performing scheduled, routine on-line test and by checking, adjusting, or replacing equipment to established standards Avaya Certification Posting Date: Department: -
