What You’ll Do: Provide an exceptional service experience for all customers, ensuring complete satisfaction (CSI).Advise customers on necessary repairs and services, communicating clearly and effectively. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate service. Maintain detailed customer records and service reports. Keys To Success :Experience: 1+ years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry. Customer Satisfaction: Proven track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction (CSI)

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with customers. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge: Familiarity with various vehicle makes and service processes is a strong advantage.
