Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients, including thorough history reviews and specific assessments to determine individualized treatment plans and document outcomes effectively. Communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies to patients and their families, engaging them in setting meaningful rehabilitation goals. Execute treatment protocols with precision, adapting to each patient's unique presentation and the ever-evolving healthcare landscape. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care, recognizing and documenting any changes in patient conditions to modify treatment plans appropriately. Manage discharge planning and facilitate follow-up care, maintaining timely and accurate documentation of all patient interactions, assessments, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care. Adhere to productivity expectations and demonstrate effective time management in daily operations, arriving punctually for all scheduled meetings. Actively participate in departmental marketing initiatives to enhance community outreach and patient access to care. Contribute to achieving departmental goals and objectives while complying with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards. Pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and competencies, and contribute to the professional development of the team. Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will work with a diverse population of patients recovering from various conditions, including post-surgical recovery, chronic pain syndromes, and sports-related injuries. Our team is dedicated to crafting personalized rehabilitation plans that empower patients to reclaim their mobility and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as required for Physical Therapy practice in Florida. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.

Preferred Experience: While prior work experience is valued, it is not a strict requirement. Candidates with at least two years of clinical practice in an outpatient setting are encouraged to apply, as are new graduates eager to develop their skills in a thriving practice.
