Construction & Development Paralegal, Real Estate Projects

Welltower, Inc. seeks a Development & Construction Paralegal to support the legal function on US projects. You’ll work closely with in-house teams and external counsel to manage construction contracts, amendments, and related documents. The role requires 5+ years in construction or real estate law, a bachelor degree (paralegal preferred), and experience with AIA forms, lien waivers, and contract workflows. Travel may be required.
