Responsibilities:
In administration, management, and finance, in liaison with the head of department, the deputy is responsible for:
- Preparing, developing, and distributing budgets:
- Defining and evaluating the criteria for distribution and staffing and renewal components of the budget
- Participating in the evaluation of complementary budgetary needs
- Carrying out the balance of the budget exercise of year NEvaluating the prospects of the exercise of year N+1, definition of the budgetary strategy and multi-year follow-up of credits
- Participating in the objectives and evaluation conferences
- Designing and preparing documents intended for regional financial control
- Conducting financial management:
- Monitoring the execution of budgets using tools (spreadsheets) and software Chorus reports
- Ensuring the processes of monitoring relations with the Delegation of the General Secretariat (DPFAC) at the financial and accounting level
- Following and modifying, where appropriate, the subdelegation decisions of the regional director to the different structures, in liaison with the internal accounting control service
- Advising the services of the departments, establishments, and SPIP on any financial regulation questions
- Presenting management balances to administrative and financial authorities (AC, DRFIP, CBR)
- Monitoring delegated management and the strategy of interregional purchasing
- Leading cross-functional actions with the platform.
- In terms of management, he is responsible for:
- Leading the units:
