VP, Construction & Expansion Strategy

EōS Fitness is seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead new club development, remodels, relocations, and capital projects across our growing portfolio. You will shape the construction strategy and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with brand standards. You will collaborate with Real Estate, Operations, Finance, Facilities, Procurement and executives to drive scalable growth, manage teams and vendors, and establish robust project controls and reporting.
