Dispatcher Last - Mile Delivery

Key Responsibilities: Driver & Route Management: Assign, monitor, and adjust delivery routes in real-time for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Resolve last-minute delivery issues, driver delays, and customer concerns with confidence. Communication & Coordination: Maintain constant contact with drivers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth deliveries. Process Execution & Optimization: Follow and refine dispatching protocols to maximize efficiency and service quality. Data Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance metrics such as delivery times, success rates, and route efficiencies.
