Key responsibilities:
Monitor and investigate AML alerts generated across multiple program partners
Conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring of cannabis clients, including risk assessments
Prepare marijuana-specific SAR reports in accordance with FinCEN's guidance
Required qualifications:
5+ years of BSA/AML compliance experience, with fintech and cannabis banking preferred
Experience filing marijuana-related SARs under FinCEN's MRB guidance framework
Demonstrated knowledge of BaaS compliance models and AML obligations
Experience with AML transaction-monitoring and compliance platforms
CAMS certification is a plus
