What You'll Be Doing: This is a hands-on production role working with rubber materials in a fast-paced environment. Set up and prepare parts for lamination Weigh, measure, and cut materials Trim, grind, and buff rubber components Use grinders, knives, scissors, and hand tools daily Assemble, mold, repair, and disassemble parts Record measurements and complete production documentation (MIP)Maintain a safe and organized workspace You'll work with tools like: Buffers, trimmers, clicker machines, hand tools, electric drills, clamps, calipers, cranes, and more.

Work Environment: Hot, dirty manufacturing setting Frequent use of grinders and cutting tools Prolonged standing Bending, reaching, pushing & pulling Lift up to 20 lbs regularly (30+ lbs with assistance)If you're comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled production environment, this could be a great fit.

What We're Looking For: Entry-level manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow Ability to maintain production and quality standards Due to client contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship verification is required for this position.
