Director of Principal Gifts & Major Donor Strategy

Plan International USA is seeking a Director of Principal Gifts to lead and shape the principal gifts program in Washington, DC. This role will build and lead a team, drive revenue growth, and advance Plan’s priorities for children’s and girls’ rights globally. The Director will manage frontline fundraisers, hire and retain top staff, and personally cultivate major donors to secure six- and seven-figure gifts in a relationship-driven model.
