Responsibilities: The Associate Attorney will handle commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda. The position requires conducting legal research, analyzing complex legal issues, developing litigation strategies, and providing case recommendations. Additional responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, preparing clients and witnesses for litigation proceedings, and working closely with attorneys and legal staff on complex matters. The successful candidate will also manage litigation deadlines, oversee case schedules, and ensure matters progress efficiently through all phases of litigation.
