Salesforce Project Manager

Responsibilities: Leadend-to-end Salesforce project delivery, including planning, execution, and go-live support. Develop and overseeproject plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation .Serve as theprimary liaisonbetween business teams, technical staff, and vendors. Coordinate with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to ensuresolutions align with operational needs .Conductstatus updates, executive reports, and stakeholder communications .Drive adoption of Salesforce by leadingchange management and training effortsfor end users. Ensuredata accuracy, compliance, and reporting capabilitiesto support construction workflows and client management. Identify risks and proactively developmitigation strategiesto avoid delays or cost overruns.

Requirements: 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years leading Salesforce projects .Strong knowledge ofSalesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning .Experience managing Salesforce implementations inconstruction, engineering, or field operationspreferred. Proficiency inAgile and Waterfall methodologies, with ability to adapt in hybrid environments. Salesforce certifications such asAdministrator, PMP, or Scrum Masterare a strong plus. Excellentleadership, communication, and stakeholder managementskills. Must be available to workon-site in San Diegofull-time.
