What You'll Do: Make high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers Prospect and engage potential clients using verified lead lists Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward Accurately track all activity in our CRMConsistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIsTake ownership of your pipeline and performance Compensation On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$120,000 Base + Uncapped Commission Performance Bonuses Your income is directly tied to your performance. The stronger your results, the more you earn. Qualifications: Previous experience in outbound cold calling, SDR, BDR, appointment setting, inside sales, lead generation, or outbound sales Confidence speaking with business owners over the phone Strong communication and objection-handling skillsA competitive mindset and strong work ethic The ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Experience using a CRM is preferred
