Strategic NA Trade Compliance Leader

Resideo is seeking a Director of North America Trade Compliance and Programs to lead international trade compliance across the US, Mexico, and Canada. You will align supply chain, engineering, and legal teams to translate regulations into scalable programs and strategies. You will manage HTS classifications, FTA qualification (USMCA), IMMEX compliance, ECCN/BIS rules, ERP data governance, and risk controls, while mentoring a team of customs professionals. Travel up to 10% as needed.
