Strategic Finance Lead

Key responsibilities: Build and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning to connect financial performance with business drivers Collaborate with the CEO and functional leaders to evaluate growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions through financial analysis Establish consistent financial reporting, KPIs, and performance analysis to provide leadership with a clear view of business performance and risks

Required qualifications: 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related operating finance role with ownership of financial modeling and forecasting Experience partnering with business leaders to influence strategic or operational decisions using financial analysis Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers Experience in a high-growth technology company, ideally in a stage where financial systems and processes were being established A hands-on approach with sufficient accounting knowledge to manage reporting and external financial providers effectively
